Okay, for anyone buying a laptop for university, I have an amazing deal for you.

www.tigerdirect.ca is selling emachines m6805s for $1489.99. They normally retail at $1623.99.

This deal ends on July 30th, just three days from now (probably two by the time you read this).

The computer's specs are as follows:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+
512 MB DDR PC2700 RAM
60GB HD
64 MB Mobile Radeon 9600
DVD ROM/CD RW combo drive
15.4 WXGA widescreen monitor

I currently own one of these computers, and I am more than happy with it. It is fast, extremely nice looking, and...well...fast.

Click here to go directly to it: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=866925&Sku=E400-M6805
