Winamp plugins?

I hate to be asking this but when I'm using Windows my best option for music would be winamp. Does anybody happen to know where to get the plugin for global hotkeys (the one with support for mousewheel)? I think it was winamp shortcutter or something, but all google searches turn up nothing useful for me.
Anybody know anyting about this? Please.

PS: Do not post talking about how winamp is cool or about any retarded plugins like AVS as I am very likely to respond by smacking you around and taking all of your bits.

Yes, but it's total crap IMO.

All you can use are the keyboard keys. This plugin allows you to use the mousewheel. CTRL+ALT+wheelup is a much easier way for me to change volume than anything with just the keyboard. It's weird that it would take so long to find the plugin. Any link I found to the plugin on winamp's site was dead, and searching through their listed plugins I found it on the 20th page out of 26, displaying 20 hits per page.
