Yeah, that is pretty amazing.
They did fake some of the stuff, but for the most part they just had to keep redoing it until they got it right.
Also, I think that the floor is angled downward.
It took them something like 200 shots to get the scene to work though. |

well if the floor was inclined.. then shouldn't things tend to roll? unless u say the friction was great enough.. then that still dosen't explain the tires. |
