If your run Windows 95, there are two files in the c:\windows\ directory logos.sys and logow.sys, that are really just bitmaps. They are the screens displayed for "Please wait while windows shuts down" and "It is now safe to turn off your computer" This program randomly selects a pair of shutdown images that you select, and replaces the windows ones with them. On my old windows 95 computer, I placed a shortcut to my program in the Startup folder in the startmenu. Now Each time I log off, I get a random image.
