Do employers see a big difference in what your degree's stream was? Im interested in game dev, but to take their classes I have to be in their stream apparently. Does it make a difference whether im in the game dev stream or the general stream? They seem to have mostly the same classes

I don't know if employers will think much, but just sharing a course code doesn't guarantee that the content will be the same between sections.
An example was Math 137 at Waterloo where there was a section specifically for mathematical physics or something similar; they had slightly different exams.

Is the degree title still the same?

I dont know if this is exactly what the title is: http://calendar.carleton.ca/undergrad/undergradprograms/computerscience/

"Computer Science - B.C.S. Honours" vs "Computer Science - Computer Game Development Stream B.C.S. Honours"

Looks like the same "Bachelor of Computer Science Honours" degree from either option.

Here we refer to the programs as "comprehensive" vs. "_____ specialization." The former is of course vanilla CS, complete with electives. The latter is basically vanilla CS with a number of electives chosen for you.

Like Tony said, the same degree is granted.
