It's good, cept for it's legs...but drawing in PS is hard. :S

looks pretty good,esp for pure photoshop.
The head and shoulders and lil thingy over his head looks really good, maybe try to make the legs as good as that

speaking of drawing in photoshop... you guys should check out DevArt's anime section  here. Most are drawing in photoshop or a similar program
