I recently finished this game and thought i might as well post it. use WASD to move, space to shoot , the mouse to aim and the number keys to switch weapons.

Please let me know if there are any balance issues, bugs etc.

HOW TO CREATE NEW MAPS

Open editor.t to create new maps. press any key and click to add a block in that space, and clicking on the block without a button pressed will delete it. When done, press enter, click on the map's skin (it displays the background pic with the tile pic on top) and enter your new map's name.

Feel free to make new skins also. Simply make a 500x500 background picture and a 25x25 tile picture, save them as "[skin name] [map/tile].jpg" (make sure there is a space in between the name and map/tile) then go into the "skins.txt" file and and add [skin name] to the end. Finally, go into editor.t and raise the upper bound of "skin" by 1. I will be making new skins in the future, so check back every one in a while

Anyways, try it out!

Thats pretty good. First thing I would suggest, if you're going to make it mouse to aim, left click should fire as well.

I guess just make enemies more diverse than the ones that sit there and just fire continously.

well, you can look at my old game. Every enemy does something different. Different movement or gun scheme.
Also, you might as well make use of the space. You should try flyers.
