Is it possible to get a job as a video game programmer in mississuaga with a degree in computer sciencs from university of toronto? Cause I applied to UofT in St. George for cs, because it has a major in game design. All of the other campuses do not have a major in game design for cs. So I'm wondering if its possible to get a job with just a cs degree and a different major. I am making a few web based games though for a portfolio.

Short -- yes.

Slightly longer -- find some actual job postings to make sure. I believe most will say something along the lines of "required: Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent + years of experience". Though I might be thinking of dev positions instead of design, so check on your own. Either way, "years of experience" is important, so make sure to do that PYE.
