Whats the difference between "Ready to program" or "JDK" from the sun website?

"Ready to program" is a library bundled with a very outdated version of JDK that was meant to make some select things easier/look-more-like-Turing and (by the virtue of not being updated since 2002), makes a lot of other things not exist.
