HTML Forum?

There should be an HTML Language Forum that offers Tutorials and Help like all the other languages offered

Also just about everything you could want to know about HTML is on w3schools. It's probably the most widely accepted source of HTML knowledge on the interweb.

They are constantly being asked by the real W3C to change their name as it implies an affiliation. There is no such thing.
