I need a picture to chase the hat that you control. technicaly somthing to chase the mouse, but a picture that i have already saved.

It needs images for someone to actually try, next time considering ziping the entire project.

It doesn't really 'chase' but appear at the cursor. Try making a program that limits how fast the hat can move each frame.
