For anyone interested, it's a surprisingly simple process. Get a name report (if you want a name); then fill out an online form and pay $200. Then write some by-laws and apply for any permits you might need (seems to be none for software development) and apply for a business number and/or HST (still haven't figured that one out).
Took about an hour. |
