I remember hearing from the open house something about having to continue two electives 3 terms in a row (so that people can't just choose super easy first year courses), does anybody know more about this?
Also what are some useful electives (as in might come in handy latter on), I have a few that I might be interested, but I would rather take something meaningful, the only two I found so far are ENGL 119 Communication in Mathematics & CS, and Physics 121 (from Digital Hardware option), any suggestion for one's that might be useful? |

You are probably thinking of the Depth & Breadth requirement. It's not "terms in a row", but the chain of electives; could be taken any time before you graduate.
I suggest you try a course from every discipline offered, and then decide what you find the most interesting/useful to complete a sequence. |
