I've decided to enroll into York U for the computer science program and I was wondering which courses I should choose for my first year. It would be great if you could share your experience.

Thanks.

A Calendar would typically come with a suggested program sequence for the core courses. Most of the choices would be in electives -- it might be a good idea to take non-technical courses that also fulfill any other requirements that your major might have (typically things like X credits in group Y).

Basically -- read the docs your school provides.
