i know it involves something called a key listner, and i've looked in trhe class library for it, but i can't figure out how the hell to make it work. generally, all i need to do is have a way to detect if a key has been presed that can be used, or the result of which can be used, in an if statement. if it's any help i'm working in ready to program. thanks for your help.
