java 3d api installation trouble

I am trying to use java 3d api at school with netbeans, but i cannot for the life of me to get it to work. I hav tried various things to add it to netbeans and specifically my project, but it still gets errors on importing. I cannot install the program at school, because i do not have admin rights and hacking is not allowed. So is there any way to use java 3d api without installing it at school? im using 3d api for my final project btw.

You could try installing Java 3D on another machine, then copying over whatever it installs, assuming it installs to a separate directory. If it instead installs to the JDK directory, you may have to get creative.

Why don't you try asking your CS teacher nicely?

not sure if this will work BUUUT.... Try getting a copy of netbeans at home, and install it to a removable device, and then try installing the 3D api to the removable device, and see if that works on the school computer. Again i don't know if this will work, but its probably worth a shot.
