anything about Grande Prairie Regional College (GPRC)?

Hi guys,
that is my first topic i hope i wont ask difficult question
first i'm working as computer systems administrator and never visit Canada before; currently i am looking for the best way to work and staudy @canada.
i'm thinking about join alberta univ but my BSc major is accounting so i have to finish diploma first
i made some searches and found Grande Prairie Regional College (GPRC) which offer:
1- Bachelor of Science, Computing Science - University Transfer Programs
2- Computer Systems Technology - Certificate and Diploma Programs
Also i am still have options like
1- SAIT
2- NAIT

Otherwise may try join UBC or Toronto but some friends told me the work Opportunity @alberta more good
any one can tell me if Grande Prairie Regional College (GPRC) is good choice or not?
or guide me the best way to find good work and study?
