UofT math or Queens CS

I didn't do so well in high school and ended up in Ryerson CS for a year. So now, after doing well at Ryerson, I've applied and received offers from UofT St. George for math and Queens for CS (2nd year). I already know UofT is good but I was just wondering if Queens has a good CS program. I've also applied to Waterloo for the math and double degree CS/BBA programs but I doubt I'll get in. So it comes down to UofT and Queens.
