Pulseradio maleware attacks. (HELP ME)

Alright now for like the 5'th time in a row avast has blocked something from that website....I have no clue what website that is or how they got a hold of my ip. How do i stop them from constantly trying to access my computer.

exact message:
MALWARE BLOCKED
avast! Web Shield has blocked a threat.

Object: pulseradio.net/index.php?tz=360 [if you follow that link you are stupid]
infection: HTML:Iframe-inf
Action : Connection aborted
Process: [location of firefox.exe]
The threat was Detected and blocked while downloading an item from the web

edit: it appears that this website is frequently poping up when ever I am using the stumble upon toolbar I am going to uninstall and reinstall it. but if anyone knows that the type of virus that is please lemme know.

I followed the link and looked at the html. It looks like it is an iframe to bigtoplotto.cn. A known malware site which redirects to exploits.
pulseradio.net may have been inflected or worse could be intentialy placing that iframe there to track or infect users.
The good news is that it looks like bigtoplotto.cn is down.
