So i applied to Comp Sci at waterloo, and was pretty confident because of my high average, and then i got my my score from the canadian open math challnge. Worse ive done, 27 out of 80 score ("cry") .
My next few math contest is the euclid, and the CCC. I feel not confident to do these. My question is how much does a bad score affect UWaterloo's admission for compsci/math faculty?

Think about it this way, I'm quite sure any score on the contest is better than none at all. And, plenty of people make it into the university of their choice by their marks alone.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Or, if you're so inclined... PANIC! They'll certainly reject you now that you've done arbitrarily bad on a contest of their creation/support. Wink

From what I've been constantly told by my teachers/guidance members (this applies to taking AP exams as well), they would rather want an applying student to try these contests out and get a low mark then don't even bother trying at all.

As for the low mark, do not worry too much about it, the contest questions are meant to be much different than those in academic tests and if you would really need to practice in order to do well in them. (if this helps, i do poorly on their contests as well)
