MCPD or SCJD?

As the title says, I am planning to study one of the two certifications mentioned in the title (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and Sun Certified Java Developer). To be more precise, I want to have both certifications but my question is this:

Which one would be the best to start with? I want to take into consideration especially the job market. Which one is more in demand?

Note: I have a far more advanced experience with C# and VB than with JAVA so the Microsoft path might be easier to start with but again I am mostly concerned with what is more in demand
