Okay, so a buddy of mine that is the content guy for Hailing Frequency(not linking, so that the IT/web guy can't follow a link back here). Basically, the IT/web guy controls all the money and business accounts and is threatening to take his ball and go home. So Kinneas(the content guy) is considering leaving, and starting the whole thing up again on his own, but he needs a server guy and web design guy. You would of course, have to share or give full control to Kinneas for this project, and I don't know if there's any money involved.
