I've been hearing different things from people, some saying that you can get an equally good job with just a bachelors, and some saying that a Masters is required for a well-paying job. Any advice?

I think it depends on what you plan to do with your degree. Obviously if you are doing R&D they would prefer a Masters but I know there are plenty of well-paying jobs that you can get without a masters. I do know that many schools have a hard time keeping students in the Masters programs because companies offer to hire them before they finish. This could have to do with the type of student who gets accepted into the program.

That depends on what you mean by "well-paying". I currently earn over $20/hour, and I don't even have my Bachelor's yet, nor do I have any experience beyond my past 4 terms of co-op employment.

A Master's degree will certainly help you get more lucrative employment, but so will work experience and knowledge of specific technologies. I couldn't tell you which would get you more money.

If you are doing it for the money, then you can probably argue to be paid more with an MBA. I think it's important to have an idea of what you consider a "good job" to be; then we can discuss how a Masters degree will help you get there.
