new netbeans beta

i just installed the new netbeans beta 6.7

i like it alot it seems alot better support for c

but when i run anyyyyyyyyyy c code at all it says

"basename: too many arguments
Try `basename --help' for more information."

in the command prompt. now i figured something is wrong w/ the command its running to run the program, but when i looked through all the c/c++ settings its all basic things like just the exe names.

any1 know how to get rid of this error??
