I don't have any experience to design websites nor I know anything about HTML and I wanted to design a website, so is this possible to be done or should I consult with an expert to do it?

If it's a commercial endeavour, and you have no idea what you are doing, then it's probably best to contact someone who does, and hire them.

If it's just for a learning experience -- pick up some books, and start from the basics.

I have a question. My aunt owns a business and she wants to create a website. I am fully capable of making the website, but how would I put it on the internet? I don't have the money/bandwidth to create my own server so obviously I would pay another company with a server to host it. What I'm trying to ask is, what is a good company to host a website on? Also, what is good website design software? I want to create the site relatively quickly.

I use hostmonster for a few of my sites. They are fairly cheap and reliable.

if you want to do it fast, you might best off with some type of wysiwyg program like dreamweaver or something (with this you can also switch into html mode and edit the html yourself as well) I'm sure there are also free alternatives that work just as well.

For a small website I would recommend A Small Orange, as they were a great webhost when I was using that type of service.

The other alternative is to pay me $5/month and I'll host it.

Their cheapest plan is pretty good and you get a free domain.
