I have the offer from UW Software Engineering and UT Computer Engineering. And i am planning to study MBA in canada or us.
I personally wanna go ut more, but all people around me is telling me to go UW because of the coop program.
Any advise will be helpful. Thx. |

They are quite different programs, SE and CE, so think about what it is you want to study.
If you want to go to UT more, then go to UT. They have a version of co-op called PEY. |

Either program will do you well. Computer Engineering is somewhat closer to the hardware than Software Engineering is; but I personally know of grads from both programs that are getting essentially the same jobs. |

Waterloo co-op students typically graduate with 2 years of industry experience, so that will contribute to a better position and starting salary, over a graduate with no work experience. Though with PEY + working in the summers, you can easily par that. |

Is that hard to get into PEY? Can PEY use as my MBA experience?
My parents thinks waterloo's softeware is much better UOT, they wanna make me go there. sigh |

PEY would be the same as co-op in that respect -- it would depend on where you work. |

I would say both schools offer competitive programs and you should now check out the campus and other factors that come into play when making the decision. i.e.) residence (and living costs away from home), campus, friends, professors, etc. |

Which is not SE or CE. If this is truely what you are interested in then I think you will find that neither program is what you are looking for. |

I think the concept of what "the internet" is, from OP's perspective, is very much open to interpretation. |
