Unfortunately, the subject line could not contain the exact purpose of this thread :
I'm currently looking for a program. Suppose I had 200 picture files on my computer, and wanted to make them into a single file that will rapidly show them one after another. One could liken this to if one had many sprites, then this would animate the sprite.
Anybody have any ideas?

I think the best way would be to create an animated GIF image. I would use ImageReady, but I'm sure there are a whole bunch of free GIF makers. |

There are also online tools for this as well although they may be a bit of a pain for a lot of images. Here is an example of one online: http://gifmake.com/ It has some pretty basic controls, you upload the pictures, set how long you want each one to show for and whether to loop it at the end. Might work for what you need. |
