I'm new to posting codes and inserting pics for the program

First--How do i post the code in the proper format it should be in (ie. blue coloured variable, red coloured files) instead of it all being in black writing

Second--How do i insert several .bmp images without having it show up as a big image at the bottom of the post

use [syntax="language"][/syntax] tags, where language is the programming language name, in low-case letters.

To not have images show up as attachments... don't attach images to your post. There are many image hosting services that will be happy to take your pictures. Though perhaps other than .bmp images. Bitmaps are rarely the right format of choice.

If you want people down download the pictures. put them all into a folder, compress it (either ZIP or RAR), then upload the archive (the archive is the zipped folder).

I would recommend recommend Image Shack. Cause personally I wouldn't download a zip of images even if you pinky-promised there wasn't a virus in it.

Even if there was a virus in the zip file, merely unzipping the file wouldn't trigger it.

I wouldn't execute an exe, unread turing code or open an ms word document from inside a zip file. But that goes for files downloaded separately as well.

An ms word document can contain a virus? More reasons to hate microsoft.

You seem to be forgetting those cute little self-extracting zip archives which often ran an "installer" afterwards, that were oh so popular perhaps only a few short years ago.
