You should look into 8-point movement. This is as easy as generating some extra pictures and separating single if-statement into 4. Also, the sides the players start on should switch, as it is confusing when the player on the left is using the right side of the keyboard, and vice-versa.

if your looking for praise then...


i like the sound of the cannon firing, might use that sound myself. um... tanks are cool, this is better than the craptastic two player tank game i made a while ago.

dam i hate my old code.

If you are shot while your bullet is still on screen then it stops moving but doesn't disappear, even if I drive my tank over it.
It shouldn't be too big a fix.

Um..The last post on this thread was exactly a month ago. Look at the dates before posting next time. This thread is dead. It may be revived if you have a very important point to make or if the original poster has an update.
