New web development forum, with downloads.

Myself and a couple friends are starting a nice forum similar to this one except we're gonna concentrate on web development and similar programming paradigms.

It's got great potential and we are going to offer a great downloads section that's going to allow users to post their own downloads as well.

We're just looking for some great contributors and moderators and I would feel much better if some of you guys were my moderators rather than random people.
