IE Google pop up blocker problem help?

Usually, whenever i visit a website that outputs a popup (usually ads) my google popup blocker would block it.
However, sometimes the browser starts to go in and out of focus as if my there is an infinite loop of popups and my blocker just keeps on blocking and taking up cpu, then i would have to close that window and revisit the site. Is this a problem with Google Toolbar or IE 7.
Any1 help? |

| IE 7 does have a lot of bugs- it crashes, freezes, etc. I suggest you download Opera or Firefox, both are free and far better than Internet Explorer (Firefox spell checks for you!). I don't have the Google toolbar, so I don't know if that's the problem. |
