i would just like to ask for ideas for a good thesis proposal for a 4th year college student that can be finish for 2-3 months..
as much as possible please give thesis proposal that can be implemented in a school or a thesis proposal that the school will benefit from it..

Perhaps some research dealing with the languages or other technologies in use at your school.
Compare LOGO to Pascal for educational benefits for example. These kinds of dissertations can help your professors (if they are open minded - and you don't start the paper with any expected conclusions before your hypothesis - as this kind of research is easily swayed by personal preference).
Just one example. There are bags full to choose from.
