I saw insectoid's help thread for his tic-tac-toe game, and I'd figured I'd post mine for comparison sake... i guess. And I'm bored.
There's some simple ai, or you can play 2 player.

I think your AI should have pre-programmed responses to certain scenarios, such as a way to prevent people from doing the strategy of having 2 different possible wins at the same time, if it is possible to stop people from doing that.

The graphics are a bit lame too. Try scribbles.

I'll consider making that, just for the sake of doing it, but I would rather play a game I can actually win.
