need help designing a webpage

ok, i need help creating a webpage. I know some basic HTML, and java script. and very little dreamwever ..... so i was wondering if someone would be willing to help me out, while i code it. sry im such a complete idiot when it comes to coding .... im more Hardware, and graphic design

That's not possible, Cause you see ..... im using a comp that is located at an after school program for kids ( www.sanctuarytrail.org ) ... thats the website i have to redo .... im volontering here for the next 3 months and when the guy found out i have some computer skills he tells me to make a website for him. I DONT LIKE SOFTWARE.... i like hardeware. so yeah using IRC channels are impossible ... cause the guy told me that one of the kids got into IRC and got a virus .... , but because of that ... if he see's any IRC on the comps .... he will flip

Hmm, well if you don't want to make the site then don't. You're a volunteer not a contractor.

Also, for the nature of hte organization behind the website... if he's that easily angered that he'll flip over an IRC client... methinks maybe there is something wrong.

You can use the chat link up there - I doubt you could get a virus through that unless compsci hates you oO
