Windows frelled up, so it had to be reinstalled.

Nice rdrake! What's orage though? Never heard of a windows program by that name. Come to think of it... that looks like linux Wink

agnivohneb, generally people post screenies of their desktops when they have customized it more then just changing the background Razz

Until I get back onto linux, then there's no point in my posting a screenshot, but I must ask wtd, what theme are you using and where did you get it?

EDIT: Here's my Desktop with nothing on it, just plain-jane. I'm running Ubuntu with Gnome, nothing fancy, but I like it:

Here, as requested on IRC my mostly clear desktop. Note that it is never empty; gaim, xchat, gkrellm2 and one of tvtime/mplayer/gmpc are always open the left half. The right is usually a web browser.

well, I figured I might as well show my Windows desktop. I'm using the same theme as wtd because I think it looks really nice, and it's nice and easy on the eyes (the background is nice too Very Happy

). I'll leave you to laugh at my "Start" button.

Edit: Seems imageshack shrunk my picture, but my desktop resolution is 1024 x 780 Very Happy

Nothing really exciting with my theme (my hardware won't allow many fancy things),. but I do like that yakuake drop-down terminal thing. Also, FreeBSD is fun Smile

Here is my desktop on Windows XP with a Vista theme using Stardock's WindowBlinds.

Oh my! Firefix looks bad in that shot. Razz

I highly suggest using small toolbar icons.

Oh, and if you're going for a Vista look, why is the WMP taskbar thingy themed to look like iTunes?

Yeah, I don't really like what the theme did to my Firefox icons, but it looks a bit better now with small icons.

Um, because it IS iTunes.
