The correct term you are wanting to use is crack. Which is the act of the cracker.
A cracker is a malicious user who often wants to break what a hacker builds. Often for personal gain, or to show off. However, most crackers cannot find the flaws they need, and depend upon the work of others to attain their goal. See Script Kiddie.
A hacker has many definitions. The misconception is that all hackers are bad, when in reality, the majority are not. The term is sometimes used to mean "Gifted Programmer", or "One who is gifted with technical knowledge", or "One who hacks together programs of poor quality".
If you are going to ask for illegal activites, atleast use the right words, instead of making the people who MADE the internet, MADE Unix, MADE Linux and MADE anything worth talking about in the whole Computer Realm look bad by degrading them to the cracking of school computers. |
