haahahhahaha.
Thats funny. I think that this program should only be ran with headphones and the volume at least three quarters of the way turned up.
Secondly, this is basic, but like you said, you got bored

It seems to cycle up and down when you get to the high numbers and then it just stops at 20000. Is that supposed to happen? Btw, my headphones still work fine:P

it might just be that you cant hear the sound at that frequency , or the sound was just so "low" (because of the high frequency) that you couldnt hear it, even though it was there

Well, playing Turing sounds won't damage you speakers (it uses sound () right?).
Here is a program that plays the Turing scale. as I like to call it.

It isn't very complicated stuff. The first parameter is the frequency and the second is the duration.
