Alright, first of all guys, im sorry if this question has been answered already. (If it has, just send me a link to the topic)
I want to make a program.. It should never show up in the taskbar, instead whenever its running it will show up in the system tray. I want to be able to right click the icon in the tray, and have different options like closing it or opning the program window..
Ive got no idea how to do any of this though >_<
So, anyone wanna help? ![Very Happy Very Happy](http://compsci.ca/v3/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

there is, as far as i am aware, no built in vb function that allows you to do that but there is a control you can download off here that someone made
http://www.andreavb.com/forum/database/index.php?action=showmod&mod=2
which allows you do exactly what you want
if you need help using it, just post ![Very Happy Very Happy](http://compsci.ca/v3/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

You can do it using native windows functions. I've done it before without using any custom controls so I know it can be done... but that was many many years ago and I have no idea how I did it. |
