This sadens me so much. Perosanly i find some aspcects of japaness culatuer and scoity very intresting but they have allways had this thing about foreneres.

Any how i was just whonder if this law is going to apply to any forener incuding peoleop who have imgreated to japana and are citzenizs or just peoleop on work and traival visas?
