maybe a better explanation would help.

the first macro a run, will be constantly hitting a submit button on a webpage, which will almost always result in the url being exzactly the same. what i want to do, is the one time per hour that hitting this submit button results in a new url, i want it to run another macro only 1 time, and then go back to running the first macro.
