21st seems like a good date, although i may not able to make it since its a 1.5 hour drive from where i live and my mom doesn't trust me driving for that long.. super over protective/ doesn't trust me with the car, lol.

although from what time to time would this take place ?

Nobody has suggested a time yet. Maybe something in the noon~5pm range? That's what we had last year.

Train from Ottawa to Toronto is $87.15 one way assuming you have an ISIC card.
