to add to this topic, my math class is all nice and easy and cozy, but in CS we are forced to learn UNIX in one day and today we are forced to learn MIPS (assembly language)... the math profs actually make everything makes sense... but CS... they just expect you to know all those stuff!

241/251, yeah they are fun if you know what you are doing... but when they ask you to build a compiler out of it...

Do they have an emulator for you to do it on, or do you have to use the labs for the entire project?
