Physicists have developed a new mathematical model that shows how time travel is theoretically possible. They used Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity as a springboard for their hypothetical device, which they call a Traversable Acausal Retrograde Domain in Space-time (TARDIS).

Probably in the future it will be common to travel back in time. Unfortunately, such technologies will not be available to us soon.

They proved no such thing, There are no paradoxes to solve. No matter how far back you rewind a movie, no matter when you hit the "play" button...... the movie plays out exactly the same. There is no new information, no new characters appear.
If you were 10yo in 1980 and I send you back to 1980..... you are a 10yo again, never heard of the iPhone, no idea that a man named Bill Gates is about to release windows, there is no new information, you are not a 45yo looking at a 10yo.......... and if you try to go back to a time before you were born..... then you better hope reincarnation is real.
