So would you say that a graduate from Waterloo or UofT would have better or more job opportunities than a grad from York, Ryerson, or UOIT?

Or do the opportunities depends on the student with the choice of university having little or no influence on them?

The bottom line is that one gets hired for the skillset that they can offer. A University could have industry connections and reputation for their grads; but if you can't deliver on the expectations, then the University name alone would be useless to you.

It's a question of what environment brings out the best out of you.
