Keep in mind that the tour on Tony's blog is unofficial, although we promise it will be a good time. If you plan on coming to our unofficial tour on Sunday, and you have a Facebook account, sign up here so we can get an idea of numbers: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=2246589434 It's not required, but it'd be nice to keep everyone updated. |

Also note that the tour on the 11th is not campus day, thus you'll be missing out on the "official" activities. |

is the official one for just gr 12s? or can gr 11s go too if they are planning to apply to waterloo the next year? |

It's open. Grade 11's can go too. So can grade 10's and 9's, and even younger. I went to visit Waterloo before I was in grade nine at the time my brother was choosing a University. |

If you're coming on the official tour, come by the computer science club's office in MC 3036 (Math & Computing, 3036). It's the place to be. |

Clearly, the Robotics Team office is better. After all, it's clear that coding + robots > coding. If you'd like further proof, report to the E3X labs or the CIM building on a dark and stormy night. As something more on-topic, I think that Tony's tour would be more fun than the "official" activities. Those guys will probably be more informative than the presentations. (Note: the lab tours are pretty cool) |

CSC > all; except perhaps the comfy lounge and the C&D. Robots are cool and all, but the software that controls them is infinitely more interesting then the hardware. Any foolish engineer can design hardware; software is an art. |

I agree with the second part, but the first part is fightin' words. Not going to derail this thread further into a debate, though. |
