Blogging along with Clayton Shier

So right after writing about the advantages of collaboration, I would like to welcome Clayton Shier in what would hopefully become a regular contributor position to this blog. Clayton is a grade 11 student, and has taken a very active part in this community for over a year. He is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and has contributed greatly as a forum moderator. It will be a pleasure to mentor him through blogging, and I’m looking forward to his writing.

What this means is that we’ll be getting a broader view of Computer Science and Education. Clayton, who is still in the trenches of high school classes, will offer a refreshing view from a new perspective. This will also, hopefully, facilitate more discussion. You are always welcome to join in and leave a comment. As well, expect a more regular update schedule, as we we’ll have more posts to publish.

Don’t miss Clayton’s upcoming article on retaining students’ interest in computer science – sign up to receive updates via email, or subscribe to the full feed RSS. Also please leave him some comments. I’ll be giving out full out dofollow’ed backlinks for any constructive criticism. Thank you.

Uhh... nothing else appears to be relevant enough.
