I whonted to test out if my quiz software could do images, so for this week we have a BONUS QUIZ!! witch is worth more then any other quiz b4. if you know your anime you could win 20bits. alougth there are all ways tricks in thess things  so think b4 u pick  |

Lets make this a litte more intresting: 1st person to pm me with the full names of all the chars in the quiz and what show they are from will win 50 bits. 2nd person will win 20 bits and 3rd can have 10 or 15. no post the awsers on the site tho and no telling other poleop if u get it

i think so many poleop got it right so far b/c i did it one to test it, i think tony did it and he knew the awser and amiler did it and was a lucky guse on an incurcet amusption. so that is 3 there. ushely 47-50 poleop do the quiz in total so will have to see if i get any one. but i hope some one gets my other chalgen for 50bits. odd tho so far more poleop got the question on oop wrong. |

well that is a intresting way of think of it. alougth totaly off base if u auacly wtach the show they are in.
i should have used a better pic of them, but i think it whould have made it 10 times harder. any how good guse, most poleop are geting this one wrong. any how, any one have some ideas for a crazy quiz that is in some way realted to compsci? |

yea..... i dont watch anime................ i heard some GASPS of disbelif and questioning voices... i dont watch it........ simple... i watch old shcool cartoons.... but not ANIME .... i tried not to hint at the answer.... ehehheheh sry bout dat... Granted... i will play Final Fantasy 11 on ps2 went it lowers in cost*** i buy games when they become greatest hits... cuz then they are DIRT cheap...

well i on the other hand import games from jappan b4 they are even out here, lol. i think anime is gr8, tho i like the ones with deep story more then action paked ones. i think that is one of the problms with stuff on north aricman t.v. it is all the same and every ep is just like the last. no deep story, very pridectiable. while the good anime shows have gr8 story, gr8 chartichrs, gr8 plot and lots of twists that are used well, not to metion the animaiton. i think it is good how anime is slowly showing up on t.v. here but a big problem is the canadain laws about what % of shows have to have canadian content. for example TechTv has a show called anime unleshed witch shows anime eps (good and bad) but can not show it on there canada devsion of there netwrok b/c of laws here. i think thos laws are dum, i know they are trying to protected canadain media but that realy is our own fault. if we can not make shows that poleop like there is problm, and the slotion is not to make netwroks show them. any how that is my rant for now.... |

anyways.... they did that law or wed have all american GARABAGE on our channels ... shows like the swan and other CRAP like dat...... either way.... all good things have their concequences..... meh.... either way....im off for the nite..... i brought up my ppd from 4.28 to 4.4 ****** i hadn't posted for like 5 days so i made up for it by posting like 30 today...... and i havn;t did the SPAM or Source code forums yet.... just submisions / GD/ help.... man.... their is lots that has been posted lately.... |

I hate it most when some Western company license a particular anime. Then the anime dissappear for about 1-2 years, and comes back heavily and poorly dubbed. Dragonball Z, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Gundam Wing were all horrifically butchered. So hurry up and watch those fansubbed anime, before some corporation take it and you won't see it after. And even if you see it couple years later, you'd wish you never had seen it. (<----did not make much sense there) |

i know what u mean there, like inu-yashn for example was realty bougth up by YTV and the dubed it with like a 5 year olds voice. same thing happend to NGE. what we need is a chanle that only plays subed anime. now that whould be somting. |

They also cut scenes in N america, like in Shaman King. Wtf, theres an Chinese guy named lenny with a voice of a 5 year old AND a british accent. |

anime = best. except for the fact that they are all like 15 mins lon, not 20 because they ALWAYS do like 5 mins of "last time..." (well in all the animes ive seen) and i think inuyasha was done pretty well... and i emailed ytv. only 52 eps. and knowing them, they wont get any more for like 2 yrs.  |

ya some anime is realy bad for just using up time with endings and beings and some wired pic in the mid. But it is probly hard on them to make a full 30 min vid of anime. i know they uses cells and stuff to make more faster but still alot of work invaled. |

That's one thing I hate about Japanese stuff (not only anime, manga too) being translated and sold in NA. After finding out that a certain manga was already up to 190 chapters (with new chapters weekly), I could no longer wait every month for a crappy chapter or two. Damn slowness. And another thing is just with the anime. I think one of the coolest parts of watching anime is the music, and somehow I get the idea that if they license a really cool anime and dub it they probably wouldn't keep the original Japanese music.

No, no, I meant, they'd get some other music instead of the songs used in the original anime. Geez, could you imagine how awful it'd be if they dubbed the music? I mean have you ever read the translated lyrics along with the music? Wow. |

aucaly i have seen some dubed ones where they uses the same song but transalet it to another lang. it is realy realy realy bad, and just makes it all crapy. this is why they need a chanle that plays subed anime and not the dub crap. |

Yea it is, its by V6, if that is the original anime song (which I think it is), then it is probably picked from one of the japanese pop songs, which have english in them. Like Mai Kuraki's songs (my favorite , that and she's hot lol) |
