quick question why can't i add .exe files in the turing submissions or source code. it said that you can't add .exe files. Question

Because odds are such files are malware. The common solution is to put it into an arcgive (zip or such) and upload that.

You'll need winRar or winZip. They'll probably automatically add themselves to the list of options when you right click on a file. Right click your file and make your archive (the specific option that you click on is different for winZip and winRar. It should be easy, though).

it works but the problem is it shows the code for all of it and the whole point of making into a zip was not to let the user see the code.

So don't add the code, add the exe.

i can't because when i just add the exe. file it doesn't let me. it only lets me if i add it with the code.

Then you're doing something wrong... WinZip does not care at ALL what it is you zip. Just right-click on the .exe file, and (my Windows memory is a bit blurry) hit "Make .ZIP Archive" or something along those lines.

Its right click file, move ur mouse over winzip -> add to filename.zip
