I'm trying to upload a 3Mb .zip archive, but it keeps saying 'error uploading.'

you had a 2MB upload quota...

I upped it to 5MB, but your submission better be good Wink If anyone else has space issues - let somebody with access to your user profile know.

also there maybe a cap on the max size perfile of 2mb, witch is on the hosts side. i could posably bypass it but it whould make secuity issues.

You can always sign up for free hosting service from someone and upload the file there, then just link it. Wink

There was help on the submission page for max size for each type of file, but they were 10mb. At least a .zip file was anyways. Do you get more upload quota if you post more? Also I still can't upload it.

there might be an issue if your file name is the same as one that is already uploaded. Try to name it differently - add some numbers at the end.

Users are given additional upload quota as needed. If you're an active user submitting something interesting - there wouldn't be a problem.
