Fatal error: Call to undefined function time_nanosleep() in C:\SUBDOMAIN\test.php on line 3

I got PHP 5.0.2 installed on my server, but the function time_nanosleep() doesn't seem to exist, yet it is on the php Manual (where i found out about it..) Any ideas on whats wrong...?

Thanks.
Oh btw its a windows server Rolling Eyes might that have to do with anything... (i hope not)
